Reservation Policy
This deposit fee is 50% of the total rental fee. This advance payment may be forfeited in the case of a short notice cancellation. Please read our rental contract for details.
Rental boats and equipment will be clean and in good working condition when they are picked up. Boats and equipment are to be returned in the same clean and working condition. Rental customers may use our clean-out area to clean boats and equipment upon return. Charges will apply to any damages to or loss of any boat or equipment. To rent a boat or equipment, you must be 18 years of age and possess a current driver's license and a major credit card with a suitable balance for equipment damage deposit. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.Paddle sport equipment can be reserved in advance with a deposit fee.
Rental Parameters
Weekdays
All paddle sport equipment rentals are day rentals. A typical weekday rental is picked up between 5:00 and 5:30 PM the day before the rental and must be returned by 5:00 PM the day of the rental.
Weekends
All Saturday or Sunday rentals are for the full weekend. The total rate for a weekend rental is 1.5 x the daily rate. A weekend rental may be picked up between 5:00 and 5:30 PM on Friday and must be returned Monday before 10:00 AM. If a rental includes a weekend and 1 or 2 additional weekdays, you may calculate the rental cost by using the weekend rate plus additional day/s.

Special rates, pickup and return times may apply for holidays.
